One space - Multiple events - Simultaneously
Studio Ekko is conceptualized by HTAU as a plug and play multi event facility. 6 different-size spaces are available within a large shed, which can be independently booked using an App for minimum 30 mins up to a week. The access, air conditioning, AV system, lighting and electrical grid, acoustic treatment and wi-fi have been accordingly designed to work independently for each space. This system based approach to design has simplified event hosting and management - register, select the space that suits your requirement and host your event.
Located on MG Road close to a metro station, the facility can be accessed easily from both South Delhi and Gurgaon.
The project includes a main ‘studio’ block and an ancillary ‘hub’. Studio space provides the flexibility to be organized in 6 different spatial sizes and can hold up to 3 simultaneous events – XXL to Small. The space is equipped to hold diverse events from performance events, exhibitions, music shows, conferences to yoga/aerobic classes.
Structure and Material
The building was conceived as a steel portal structure with puff panel enclosure. The service area is stacked in the top quarter of the studio block and is powered through equipment placed in the hub. Free standing acoustic panels and a HDF slats ceiling are installed to modulate sound within the space. The hub is also designed as a light weight portal structure made from 50mm MS pipe with a 'patterned' cross bracings. The portal structure is covered with 50mm puff panels mounted on the outside. The ancillary spaces such as green room, office space, equipment storage space is housed with the hub.
Studio Ekko has hosted exhibitions, music performances, yoga & fitness classes, conferences, movie screenings and many more varied events so far.
