Karnal Medical Centre (KMC) a twenty-five bed hospital in Sector 7, Karnal, Haryana, is a dedicated Paediatric and Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) centre with specialist facilities including an Operation Theatre (OT) and Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). With development control norms that allow for mixed use, a three-bedroom residential unit is planned on the second floor for use by the Founding Doctors, a husband - wife team.

TOD CORRIDOR, VIRAR - PANVEL SUBURBAN RAIL, GREATR
The broad objective of the project for the 69.5km suburban rail corridor in Mumbai was to identify TOD Station Typologies within the corridor, prepare TOD Zone Plans for 3 stations, undertake a financial analysis of the same and prepare a land value capture model and prepare recommendations for Mumbai TOD Policy and DCR. As Team Leader for the EY/Oasis Consortium, Mriganka (HTAU) led the development of Principles for TOD for the suburban rail corridor, preparation of methodology for TOD Place Types and application of the same on the corridor, formulation of principles and guidelines for the TOD DCR, preparation of TOD DCR for the corridor as a reiterative process with the development of the TOD Zone Plans, and preparation of Urban Design Control Elements.
