The project focused on enhancing the character and warmth of the interior spaces of an existing 1960s villa in Lutyen’s Delhi.

HTAU undertook strategic minimalist interventions to increase access to natural light, and enhance the perception and articulation of spaces within the client’s limited budget. Use of hard wood timber floors, classic ceiling cornice details, dual toned grey and white wall and ceiling surfaces, customized ceiling lights and nuanced furniture layouts helped achieve the above in a contemporary yet classic style.xt of Lutyen’s Delhi.
